MATE SERIES RETURN POLICY

      1. Returns must be requested within 30 days of purchase.
      2. Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
      3. You must obtain an RMA number from Mate Series before returning product. RMA number DOES NOT guarantee acceptance of returned items nor guarantee that a credit will be issued.
      4. RMA# must be clearly marked on outside of the box.
      5. Mate Series must receive all returns within 14 days of the RMA issue date.

      1. Custom-built, special orders, and cut-to-size are not refundable.
      2. Non-warranty returns must be in “like-new” and “saleable condition”. Product returned with cosmetic or functional damage, including, but not limited to installation damage or surface scratches will not be issued a credit.
      3. Refund is for the purchase price only. Shipping costs are not refundable.
      4. All non-warranty returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee.
      5. Upon receipt of return, Mate Series will conduct an inspection and will notify the customer within 10 business days of decision.
      6. If Mate Series determines that a credit will not be issued, the customer may choose to have the product shipped back to them at their own expense or to have the product scrapped.
      7. All credit memos issued will expire 1 year from issuance.
